Q: How do i set my shipping address?

A: Since our website and service are based on English,all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuation, if certain letters of your address non English letters,you are advised to use the similar English ones instead,

Q: Do you have store locations or only an eCommerce store?

A: We would love to have Stores Locations so we can meet our Customers in person which is always an honor to us at (Glob Tool) , we hope to achieve this Goal very soon.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We are currently able to ship to these Countries : United States, Canada, ,Australia United Kingdom Spain, France, Netherlands and New Zealand , we are doing our best to expand and reach our customers worldwide.

Q: Do we have to sign for the shipment?

A: We do not require you to sign for the shipment.

Q: Where do you ship the products from?

A: We ship from our overseas locations including India, Singapore, China and Brazil,To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff, We source from reliable vendors of best quality from around the world. We sample each item and even visit factories to ensure the best quality and sustainable practices.

Q: How long until my product is shipped?

A: Most of our products are handmade when ordered, therefore 2 to 4 business days will be required before your product is shipped.

Q: What is the estimated delivery date?

A: - DUE TO HIGH DEMAND on our Products, and SOMETIMES WE SHIP DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER PLEASE ALLOW-FROM 2 TO 3 WEEKS TO DELIVERY for the US Orders and 3 to 5 weeks for international orders, depending on customs clearance.

Q: How do I return and replace my item?

Q: Where is my Order Confirmation?

A: The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours upon checkout. Please try to check you spam or trash folder as it may end up there as well. If you like us to resend the confirmation email, please request it from Sales@massilia.us

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

A: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at Sales@MASSILIA.US within 12 hours. Please check our Order Cancellation Policy in our Refund Policy for more information.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

A: We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Q: What if I put an incorrect shipping address?

A: If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us within 30 minutes of the purchase. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please make sure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
